Financial Framework and Reporting
IARC financial management is governed by IARC and WHO Financial Regulations and Financial Rules.
IARC prepares an annual financial report to the Governing Council. This includes the annual financial statements that are prepared in full compliance with the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and audited by independent external auditors. Our current external auditors are the Commission on Audit of the Philippines.
