Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for travel arrangements for PRI’s group and its visitors: programme of visit, flight and hotel reservations, preparation and issuance of travel authorizations using TMAS system.
Screen and distribute incoming correspondence with background information to the staff concerned, draw their attention to specific issues/problems as necessary.
Type and finalize manuscripts, submit them to Scientific Journals and maintain reference databases up to date.
Monitor deadlines, remind supervisor and other staff members of such and ensure that correspondence and queries are responded to in a timely manner.
Screen and receive telephone calls with tact and discretion, make appointments, answer queries and obtain background information on the purpose of appointments.
