Elisabeth Françon passed a Master II degree in Civil Engineering.

From 2001 to 2004, she worked as a Consultant at "SETEC" where she was responsible for building and urbanism projects such as universities, laboratories, train stations, museums, airports.

From 2004 to 2008, she became Consultancy Agency Manager, still at "SETEC". During this period, she developed a new regional and local agency of consultants on urbanism projects (urban renewal), public building projects (universities, train stations, town halls, airports etc), public projects (new TGV lines).

From 2008 to 2011, she worked as a real estate developer at "Groupe Financière Duval" where she was in charge of new building development projects (specifications, architectural and technical design, building and maintenance) such as Tribunal, Air Campus, hotels etc.

She joined IARC in 2011.
