David Allen

David Allen has been working for the UN since 1995, mostly in the Humanitarian and Development spheres. He has been posted in DRC, Rwanda, Iraq, Somalia, Thailand, New-York and Rome for various Agencies. He earned a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University and joined IARC in November 2011.
