Registration fees for the meeting include access to all scientific sessions, poster exhibitions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome party , social event and accommodation.

Registration fees for Accompanying Persons include access to all scientific sessions, poster exhibitions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome party , social event and accommodation. A sightseeing tour will be organized ad hoc depending on the number of registrants.

Payment by Cheque or Wire Transfer

You may pay by cheque or using wire transfer.
Your cheque must accompany your completed registration form. No post-dated cheques will be accepted.

Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation email will be sent to each participant once payment of the registration fee has been received at the Emerging Oncogenic Viruses 2010 Secretariat.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants unable to attend the meeting after having paid their registration fees must send a written request to the Secretariat for their refund before 30 April 2010. A 30% administrative charge will be applied. We regret that requests received after this date will not be considered. All approved refunds will be issued after the Conference.
