Launch of COSMOS-France study

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) is launching the French component of the international Cohort Study of Mobile Phone Use and Health (COSMOS) project. The COSMOS study, which is already under way in multiple European countries, aims to monitor potential long-term health effects related to the use of wireless communications technologies. In France, the study is being conducted in collaboration with CONSTANCES, a large-scale general population cohort.
